We only refund for mistakes in orders, not because of a customer's feelings about their received product. We will only refund your money if you can prove to us that your product was damaged, or that we sent the wrong size or edition of your product than the one you ordered. We do NOT refund because you aren't comfortable with the size you received, under any circumstances. There are always sizing charts available on our website, as well as recommendations. We only do product exchanges related to sizing. If you receive a product that doesn't fit you as well as you would have liked it to, you can order another one for a small fee of $15, however, we don't exchange it for a different size unless you pay the small fee. However, you DO get to keep the one that didn't fit you for free. We don't exchange outright product for product, we only do size exchanges. A customer may only cancel an order during the same business day that they placed it. Unfortunately, after that, we cannot cancel your order because it most likely has already shipped. Sorry for any inconveniences this causes. Make sure, when you order, that you put in the correct address, size, and choice. Although sometimes we may be able to change it for you if you make a mistake, there are times where we can't, and we don't take responsibility on those errors. You will have to contact your post office and fix it independently.
Our company, during some circumstances, has the ability to change the terms that govern your usage on our site. Your use of our site following any such change constitutes your agreement to follow and be bound by the terms as changed. We are not required to change your address due to negligence during checkout. The jerseys that we have on our site are all the jerseys that we have in stock at the moment but if you contact us and tell us what jersey you wanted we will get back to our factory and let you know if we have that jersey for sale.
