We only refund for mistakes in orders, not because of a customer's feelings about their received product. We will only refund your money if you can prove to us that your product was damaged, or that we sent the wrong size or edition of your product than the one you ordered. We do NOT refund because you aren't comfortable with the size you received, under any circumstances. There are always sizing charts available on our website, as well as recommendations. We have no problem giving out full refunds, only if you are able to help us understand that we have made a mistake! To request a refund, email theplugoutlet@support.com with your order # and issue.
